Paul and Alyssa’s Intimate Zilker Botanical Gardens Wedding // Austin, TX

Zilker Botanical Garden Wedding, Austin, TX, intimate wedding, small wedding, bride and groom, family This wedding was hands down one of my favorites I have ever photographed. Bride and groom, me, the officiant and 8 family members – that’s it! The weather was great, the people were wonderful and this couple is the best of the best. Alyssa talked to me about having their wedding at the Zilker Botanical Gardens in Austin, TX in the dinosaur garden which is one of the coolest spots there. I have been to the Zilker Botanical Gardens several times before and the dinosaur gardens were always my favorite part! I was so excited to shoot their wedding! The best part was the man made waterfall that if you didn’t know it was man made, could fool anyone into believing we were in another state somewhere! I hope to have more intimate weddings like this one with wonderful people in 2017! Here are some of my favorites from their intimate wedding at Zilker Botanical Gardens.

Meredith + Joey’s Chandler Park Wedding // Georgetown, TX

Meredith contacted me about two months before her wedding asking if I wanted to shoot her small wedding in a private park (Chandler Park) in Georgetown,TX. I was excited because I grew up in Georgetown and remembered Meredith from school. I had never heard of this park before, and when I saw it I was amazed. It had the most beautiful, soft, fluffy grass, bushy trees and the sweetest little dock where Meredith and Joey would get married. It was unusually hot for May (even though we live in Texas) and this day was the first in several weeks that it didn’t rain – not even a rain cloud. Another part of this wedding that I really enjoyed was Meredith’s ring. She had her ring designed to look like the ring her father gave her mother when they were married. Needless to say, it was beautiful! Here are some of my favorite photos from their sweet, intimate wedding.
