KATIE & RYAN’S DOWNTOWN AUSTIN WEDDING // THE INN AT OLD SCHOOL // AUSTIN, TX

I cannot tell you how happy I was when I found out that my good friend, Ryan was engaged. This engagement and marriage happened in the most un-traditional way starting with Katie proposing to Ryan with a ring inside a Harry Potter book! The wedding was so great. Instead of the traditional Officiant at the wedding, Katie and Ryan decided that they would get the legal part out of the way at the Court House and mix things up at their actual wedding ceremony. They had each of their friends (bridal party) say a bit about them and do the marrying part of the ceremony. This was definitely unique and hands down, the most wonderful and  entertaining wedding ceremony I have ever attended.  Katie and Ryan couldn’t be more perfect for each other. I am so happy for them and the new life they will share together. Here are some shots from the wedding ceremony (not the Court House). Enjoy!

RACHEL & JUSTIN’S BEAUTIFUL PARK WEDDING \\ GEORGETOWN, TX

Today I had the absolute pleasure of photographing Rachel and Justin’s wedding. They had a small ceremony at Berry Springs Park in Georgetown. I loved this wedding because it wasn’t like most traditional weddings. Rachel wore a forest green dress just like her Grandmother had worn when she got married. Today was the perfect day for a wedding. Perfect weather, perfect couple, perfect cupcakes….All in all, a really great day. Here are some of my favorite shots from the wedding. Enjoy!
